TENN Takes On Drug Tests
Nashville gets it. People are failing their drug tests because of CBD products, and that simply won’t do.
So Rep. Bryan Terry (R-Murfreesboro) introduced a bill that would increase the limits for THC in state-based tests from 50 ng/ml of THC to 150 ng/ml. The changes would be in effect for government employees, students, government benefit recipients, and people on parole, probation or bail.
We’re all for it! It’s certainly one drug test we might actually pass.
Owners And Pets Love CBD
All of this CBD for Fido is Big Business. Nielsen and Headset estimate the average CBD-infused dog treat costs two times as much as a regular dog treat. For cats, CBD tinctures are generally the most expensive.
Maybe this goes without saying, but if you are already selling CBD, you might want to explore how many if your customers are also giving CBD to their pets.
The Big Debate: Topical Or Tincture?
One of the foundational questions your customers will ask when it comes to CBD is should they use it topically or ingest it? While there are a number of reasons why someone would want to take CBD orally, nearly universally CBD is better as a topical.
Not only does locally applied CBD work faster and more directly, but it also leverages the additional anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory effects of CBD that are only available when used topically. We’d say stick that in your pipe and smoke it, but really, topical CBD is also far more effective than smoking hemp as well.
We think over time you’ll be stocking far more CBD for skincare than for any other reasons.
