Florida Begins Retailer Inspections

As a reminder, CBD retailers in Florida must 1st register with the Department of Agriculture for a CBD retailers permit (and cough up $650). Once registered, retailers are subject to inspections by the Department of Agriculture. Any products not found to be complaint will have to be removed, and stores will have 30 days to cure any issues.

Those welcome regulations we wrote about not too long about in Florida, are finally here. Independent Retailer reports that inspections are now underway in the sunshine state for CBD retailers.

As a reminder, CBD retailers in Florida must 1st register with the Department of Agriculture for a CBD retailers permit (and cough up $650).
