That’s not the case in Dallas. Dallas News reports that a tweet by Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins caught the owners of CBD oil and vape shops off guard last week.

The shops were declared nonessential because their products can be purchased online, county spokeswoman Lauren Trimble said.

Feel free to write Judge Jenkins (politely) and let him know he should reconsider.
